How can I change my email address/username on SmartMoneyMatch?

If you leave an organization, you can change it the organization in the organization settings as described here.

To change the email address, proceed as follows:

  • Login to your account with your previous email password (should you have forgotten your password and don't have access to your previous email account, please contact us know).
  • Go to your email settings https://www.smartmoneymatch.com/settings and choose your new email/username as the secondary email.
  • Confirm your new email address in your mailbox.
  • Make the new email address in the email settings to your primary.
